2021年 新年のご挨拶（代表取締役社長 安倉宏明）

新年あけましておめでとうございます。

 

2020年は、新型コロナウイルスの影響に伴い世界中が未曾有の事態に陥り、これまでとは想像し得ない世界になりました。多くの人命を失い、世界中の経済への影響や社会インフラに与える影響は甚大と言えます。今この瞬間も最前線で戦っている医療関係者や感染により苦しむ方々も多くいらっしゃいます。

 

海外間の移動や経済活動の制限により、グローバルに活躍する人と組織に貢献する我々の事業も少なくない影響を受けました。しかし、社会・環境は常に変化するもの、パンデミックを経験し我々人類・社会は様々な形で変わっていくでしょう。

 

ICONICの2021年のテーマは、「Reborn」。

 

新型コロナウイルスの問題だけではなく、地球環境が持続的に発展を遂げていくための岐路に今我々はたっていいます。変化する社会の中で自分たちの使命・強みを再度振り返り、生まれ変わり再度この時代に適応できる事業及び組織を目指すべく全メンバー一丸となりこの困難な時代を乗り切ってまいります。

In the year 2020, the world has been plunged into an unprecedented situation and became the unimaginable world ever due to the effects of COVID-19. The impacts around the world are enormous on the loss of many lives, economies and social infrastructure. Even now, medical professionals are at the forefront of the problem and there are many people suffering from the illnesses.

 

Due to restrictions on overseas travel and economic activities, our business, which contributes to people and organizations working globally, has been affected in many ways. However, society and the environment are always changing, and after experiencing the pandemic, we humans and society will change in many ways.

 

The theme for 2021 is "Reborn".

 

We are at a crossroads in society, not only for COVID-19, but also for the sustainable development of the global environment. In the changing society, we need to look back again at our mission and strengths, and reborn ourselves as a business and organization that can adapt to this era.
