Now in its 17th year, this annual tracking survey welcomed a record 392 participating companies in 2025, establishing it as one of Vietnam's largest salary surveys and a trusted resource for compensation planning across the country.

◆ How It Works

Step 0: Register to Participate Submit your registration via.

Step 1: Submit Your Salary Data Copy and paste your company's salary data into the survey response file and upload it via your dedicated submission link.

Step 2: Job & Function Matching Draft Preparation (Handled by ICONIC) ICONIC will handle the job and function matching on your behalf and send you the draft upon completion.

Step 3: Review & Final Submission Review and revise the matching draft as needed, then upload the finalized file via the submission link to complete your submission.

Survey results will be available from Monday, September 7, 2026
