To help address these kinds of questions, ICONIC has been conducting the Vietnam Salary Survey as a fixed-point observation for the past 16 years. The deadline is just one week away – by Thursday, July 31 at 5:00 PM. There's still time to participate! 

By submitting your company's salary data, you'll gain access to the latest market salary information in Vietnam. 
This year, we've already received participation requests from over 600 companies, showing just how much interest this survey has generated.

◆ How to Participate 

Step 1. Fill out the registration form (takes approximately 3 minutes): 

 

Step 2. Enter your company data in the provided Excel file and submit it by 5:00 PM, Thursday, July 31, 2025. 

 

※ All submitted data will be statistically processed, and company identities will remain confidential. 
※ Please note that participation from companies in the HR consulting industry is not accepted. 

 

The survey results will provide your company with objective insights to review compensation levels and establish salary increase policies aligned with market trends.
